We offer a range of services that can be tailored to the individual or organisation, creating bespoke programmes aligned to specific goals and stages of development.
Our approach focuses on building strong foundations through movement, biomechanics, and physical resilience before progressing into higher levels of performance. Through screening, profiling, and testing, we guide development with clarity and purpose.
Alongside physical development, we emphasise mindset, education, and lifestyle, helping athletes build confidence, resilience, and sustainable habits that support performance in sport, academics and life.

We partner with schools, clubs, academies and organisations to deliver flexible, high-performance programmes that integrate into existing environments.
Our model allows organisations to elevate standards, support athlete wellbeing, track measurable progress, and build a strong performance culture led by coaches with elite experience.
Delivery can include group sessions, individual profiling, education workshops, transition support for parents and athletes serious about pursuing a career in pro sport, and an array of additional support all tailored to the needs of the organisation.
We also offer camps, workshops, and staff education.

Tom joined the Uruz Athlete Programme at the start of the summer as a driven young rugby player, and the transformation he’s experienced has been remarkable.
Dom is far more than a personal trainer, he’s taken on a true mentorship role. His approach begins with a comprehensive assessment of biomechanics, physical attributes, sport-specific skills, and mindset, ensuring every aspect of training is tailored to the athlete.
As a physiotherapist, it’s incredibly encouraging to see such a personalised approach, training that truly aligns with the individual’s body, skill set, and goals.
While the programme has elevated Tom’s performance on the pitch, its impact goes far beyond sport. He’s developed a strong understanding of biomechanics, technique, and the psychology of performance, alongside the importance of nutrition and sleep.
In short, Tom hasn’t just become a better rugby player—he’s grown into a more well-rounded, intelligent athlete.
