Everyone tells us they want to grow their business.
Most ask us how.
Few can articulate why.
We say that before you work on the 'what' to do, think about 'why' you are doing it.
What motivates you to get out of bed in the morning?
What do you want to achieve?
Why do you do what you do?
Your mission, vision and purpose set the tone and if you are clear on the destination, it's easier to work out how to get there.
